I am a dedicated psychiatrist with a strong passion for mental health. I completed my MBBS at Pramukhswami Medical College in 2016 and earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis from Charutar University in 2018. I then received my MD in Psychiatry from Government Medical College and New Civil Hospital, Surat, in 2021. Currently, I work as an Assistant Professor and Consultant Psychiatrist at Sumandeep Medical College and Dhiral Hospital in Vadodara.

I believe in the power of therapy and have trained as a CBT Practitioner with The Academy of Modern Applied Psychology. I also participated in a research program by the British Medical Journal, which deepened my understanding of evidence-based practice.

My interests include mental health awareness, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, and cognitive behavior therapy. I have published research papers on topics such as learning styles in medical students and the effects of relaxation techniques on stress. One of my case reports discusses delusional parasitosis related to the COVID-19 pandemic, showing how mental health is influenced by current events.

Through my work, I aim to help people understand and improve their mental health.
